I'm a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Support with more than 4 years of experience. I worked with 4 international companies or known as the BPO industry. It was for both voice and non-voice, inbound and outbound, and email tasks. 

I worked with American marketing companies such as Staples, Amerimark, Potpourri, and Amazon. I've also worked with American Home Warranty known as American Home Shield company and Technical Support for Netflix subscription streaming service.

Other than that, I was a freelancer and I worked with US Floral E-commerce Account and Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter for Gold or Whiskey, and for Home and Auto Insurance company.
