Hi! My name is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info. I am a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Biological Sciences. After finishing my study, I worked as Junior and Senior High School teacher for 2 years. I have also worked as Customer Service Representative/Telemarketer at Callbox. I have handled different campaigns, I do outbound calls and I have handled multiple concerns namely; Sales and Marketing, technical support, billing and credit. I also used to set up an appointments to my client. I was also a virtual assistant at Wing Ops for almost a year and social media manager at Amazon/Shopify. With this experience, I was able to apply and develop various skills such as multitasking, good communication skills both written and oral and can definitely work under pressure. This job for me is really interesting. I am certain that I am suitable for this job because of my background and experience. I am a passion driven person who always invest my learnings into application, has a very positive outlook in life, versatile and always open for changes. I am very confident that my potentials as a competent teacher, an experienced telemarketer pertaining to sales and marketing, a responsible and diligent virtual assistant and an active social media manager will be my edge in this job.
