Hi! Good day! I have fallen in love with how the freelancing industry works in this advanced digital era and I want to be a key part of it. I've learnt that it allows a work life balance which encourages and achieves high productivity which I believe to be amazing and a very efficient way of working.
I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in one of the famous BPO companies in the Philippines for 2 years and prior to that I had 4 years first-hand experience as a bar Upgrade to see actual infoom both of my roles I am very experienced in working with customers, dealing with complaints and working under pressure to meet strict deadlines and to meet challenging targets.
One of the most promising qualities that I can offer to you as your Virtual Assistant is that I'm a very reliable and goal-oriented person. I work proactively with minimal supervision and great accuracy.
