Profile Description

With a career that began in 2007, I have built a strong foundation in the BPO industry, initially working as a Market Researcher for a Utah-based company. During my time there, I gained valuable experience gathering and analyzing data across a diverse range of sectors, including products, companies, political parties, and more, through outbound calls. My role spanned multiple regions, including the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. After just six months, I was promoted to a supervisory position, where I took on the responsibility of monitoring calls and coaching teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure the highest quality data collection.

After two years with the company, I transitioned to an inbound call center, before shifting focus to sales, where I honed my skills in handling products and services for both small businesses and large enterprises. Since 2010, I have worked remotely, further expanding my expertise in sales. Additionally, I ventured into entrepreneurship by launching my own small car trading business.

Sales has become my true passion, where I thrive in connecting with people, sharing insights, and creating value through effective communication. My broad experience in customer service, market research, and sales enables me to adapt quickly and deliver exceptional results in any setting.
