My first job was being a Technical Support Representative with Microsoft and I've been answering queries, execute troubleshooting steps and up-selling at the same time for almost two years. After that, I pursue my course which is Management with Television Production Assistant which do admin works and monitor tapings with some shows. I also do customer service with Caviar and Doordash before, most likely it's more on assisting customer and merchants through phone like refunds, closing their store or if they have other concern. Also, I've been with an E-commerce account as a Support Advisor who helps merchant running their business and if there's any technical problem they are experiencing.
