Profile Description

I worked as an Administrative Officer for 2 years and 10 months in an ESL tutoring company. Tasks at hand were mostly:

- Clerical tasks such as maintaining reports for teacher management and expense reports for our business.
- Proofreading teachers' content
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and operations within the company
- Handling inbound and outbound calls using the company phone
- Handing expense reports and any other ad hoc tasks from our business owner (This is what we call our C-Level Executive)

I also freelanced on my own as a freelance writer/editor for my client's academic purposes, social media, or work purposes. Outputs were mostly resumes, articles, and content for posts and profiles. I am currently working at JB Solicitors as an independent contractor (Senior Content Writer). My work consists of writing blogs for their website about Australian Family Law. I optimize articles at SurferSEO and WordPress.
