I used to work as a Customer Service Representative as well in one of the largest BPO/Contact Centers in the Philippines for 3 years and had helped me developed my Customer Service skills in handling different kinds of clients over the phone and can handle irate customers as well. My recent job was virtual assistant to a senior loan officer, I used to help her process some of her loans and social media management.
