Profile Description

I take inbound calls, sending emails and doing some administrative task. Knowlegable in using Google Upgrade to see actual info answering calls/responding to clients inquiries I have to listen carefully of what are they saying so I would know how to solve their problem or how I would be able to assist the client. Active listening as it is.
For sending emails, templated emails would be easier but some times I have to compose professional email to send to our client. And be conversational.
I am always eager to learn to leverage my skills so that I can be efficient and my employer will benefit more from my skills.
