With over 10 years of experience, I have accumulated important expertise in data analysis. It all started when I worked as a Billing & Collection Supervisor where analyzing data is the most important role in balancing the data sheet. When I began working in Teleperformance, I underwent different training such as Root Cause Analysis, DMAIC approach, Customer Journey Mapping, New QA training (NQT), and Process Mapping.
I was given an award for Most Outstanding Employee for the years 2012 and 2014, and a Loyalty Award in 2015 when I was still at AECI which is my previous company. In Teleperformance, I have been the Most Improved Employee for the year 2018 and Top QA for February 2021.
