My first job is being a Quality Control Inspector in a big Japanese manufacturing firm in Cebu Philippines. Aside from inspecting or checking the products physically, I was also assigned for the documentation in our office, my tasks were:
• encoding all items for the day that have been inspected wether it’s good or defective.
• preparing the forms to be signed by the heads of the different divisions and do the keeping or archiving of the documents.
• preparing the all documents that needed in the production.
• created/suggested/fixed few procedures or documentation schemes so that our office will be more efficient.
My second job is being a market researcher. We used to conduct survey or interview to US residents.
My third job is an
• tracking their shipments.
• issues reimbursement for their missing shipment (if shipment is eligible for reimbursement).
• refreshes or troubleshoot the listing that is inactive to make it active.
• reconcile lost/missing listings
• advise seller about the shipment processes.
• advise seller about the fees.
• submits a request to re-measure the sellers item’s dimension and weight.
• tracking orders or issues reimbursement for the eligible order.
• advise seller’s issues when error encountered in creating a listing.
