Profile Description

I am currently working as a customer service representative in a US retail account wherein I am doing online appointment schedules and also order processing. I also worked in a Healthcare account which is about prescription orders and refills. Furthermore, I am a trust accountant before wherein I handle financial transactions of the client including importing bank statements, invoices and other documents into the software, bank reconciliations, payments of invoices, generating reports, collections of payments and other financial transactions. Due to my work experiences I have learned a lot of skills and I am still willing to learn more in order to grow. I can adapt to new environment. I am good in time management and detail oriented. I am also a calm person so I can work under pressure.
