I've got 9 years of experience in customer service, where I made email scripts that everyone in the company used. These scripts made talking to customers smoother. I also wrote a manual for training new customer service reps, cutting down their learning time from 8 to 6 weeks. I introduced online training that made our reps answer customer calls 90 seconds faster!

In my daily job, I handled over 50 calls from unhappy customers dealing with late shipments, wrong orders, and lost packages. I worked hard to make things better, and our customer satisfaction rating shot up to 97%, beating our goals by 12%. I even came up with new ways to sell more to customers, always going above the targets by 10%.
