Profile Description

I'm a customer service representative for more than 5 years already. I was able to deal with different people with different culture via inbound and outbound calls. I handled billing and sales, collections and technical support for AT&T Company. I'm not fully skilled in being a real state cold caller but I am more than willing to learn. I was also a general virtual assistant in a tutoring company in US. I handled inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, chat and SMS. My most recent experience is with a community mUpgrade to see actual infogement company handling inbound calls, outbound calls, email and chat support. I am eager to learn new things and acquire new skills. I am looking for. A company who value work-life balance.
