I am currently working as a Shift Leader, where I oversee the team's sales performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently during the shift. My responsibilities include preparing daily sales reports and maintaining smooth operational flow throughout the shift.
I began my career as a Sales Associate and was soon promoted to Office Administrator, where I managed key administrative tasks such as employee timekeeping, department payment and reimbursement requests, office supply procurement, and other essential responsibilities. Recognizing my leadership potential, I was promoted to Shift Leader, where I now supervise and motivate a team to achieve both operational and sales goals.
