Versatile Services Inc., I managed complaints and escalations through email,
calls, and chat, handled accounts receivable processes, facilitated refund
requests, and managed receipts and related documentation. I also served as a
subject matter expert, managed a small team, provided constructive feedback,
and monitored and graded calls to help agents improve their performance. These
responsibilities required strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
which I consistently demonstrated.
 In my role as a Fraud Analyst at Sitel Group in the Dispute
Department, I assisted customers with account disputes, identified fraudulent
reports, filed dispute claims, and investigated disputed transactions by
contacting the involved merchants. I also provided team management and
performance monitoring. This experience enhanced my analytical skills and
ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and accuracy.
Earlier in my career as a Customer Care Representative at
Sitel Group, I assisted customers with their daily banking needs, supported
them with balance inquiries, deposits, and transaction history. This role
strengthened my customer service skills and my ability to provide efficient and
accurate assistance.
 My diverse experiences have equipped me with excellent
communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. I am adept at
handling multiple tasks efficiently and providing exceptional customer support.
