I've been working on the customer service field for 3 years. I've already been trained in several fields both on voice and non voice. First experience in a company was working for billing, retention and technical support department in a Canadian telco account. On my second company, I was assigned to a telco account in Australia for billing and sales department then was transferred/promoted to a UK global ecommerce shopping account that includes overall customer service on the customers.
