Profile Description

Oversee DevOps responsibilities, identifying and implementing process improvements to
enhance efficiency and productivity.

Oversees the team to ensure project schedule is met and deliverables are executed
accordingly.

Develop, modify, and maintain applications within Odoo systems, delivering high-quality
solutions to meet client needs.

Create detailed documentation for all processes and server configurations, and inventory of
systems.

Collaborate with executives/stakeholders to identify project requirements, system
enhancements, and drive strategic decision-making.

Create, manage, and configure AWS EC2 instances ensuring uptime and external
accessibility.

Manage and Maintain AWS Redshift and DMS to ensure that data is accurate and updated
on QuickSight.

Configure, optimize, and maintain on-premises Windows and Linux Servers.

Create, manage, and optimize VMs that hosts Odoo systems and other monitoring
platforms such as Grafana for internal use within the company.

Applying configurations that align with security compliances across all servers/platforms.

Create backup automation scripts to ensure no data loss across all systems and servers.

Manage O365 emails related to Odoo systems.

Projects Handled:
 • Sales Department | Odoo CRM Module
- System migration from old CRM into Odoo CRM (Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh)
- Migration of Odoo.sh into Odoo Community aligned with cost-effective initiatives. 
- Version migration of Odoo Community from version 15 to 16 to improve system
performance and usability.
- Automation of lead generation on B2B leads database platform or tool.
- Handled all project management related tasks, collaborating with stakeholders,
internal department leaders, and vendors.

• Client Services Department | Clients Catalogue Module
o Initiated the project development and ensured project timeline and tasks are
executed.
- Created custom Odoo module that aligns with the departments needs and
processes.
- Built on Odoo Community version 15 and handled the migration to version 16.
- Continuous collaboration with clients to identify system improvement opportunities
and enhancements to ensure satisfactory user experience.

• Recruitment Department | Applicant Tracking System Module
- Collaborate with Department VP and Director to identify key requirements to ensure
proper delivery of tasks and timeline is met.
- Modified default Recruitment module on Odoo 15 to align with the departments
processes.
- Migrated Odoo version to 16 to provide optimal performance and additional
features.

• Human Resources | HRIS
- Handled the project build and planning for migrating from the old HRIS to Odoo 16.
- Collaborate between vendor and the HR Director to identify key requirements and
ensure that tasks are delivered.

• AWS/On-Prem Server build and Domain Management
- Converted old Windows Server to Linux Server aligned with cost efficient initiatives. - Configured Ubuntu Server and Proxmox Virtual Environment to handle virtualization
of machines that’s used within the department.
- Initiated the Disaster Recovery Planning for on-premises servers to ensure uptime. - Configured on-premises backup storage and automation.
- Migrated on-premises machines to AWS EC2 in line with the company’s initiative.
- Managed EC2 instances to ensure high availability.
- Created backup scripts linking EC2 and S3 to prevent data loss.
- Configured CloudFlare DNS to allow external access of Odoo Systems.
- Conduct risk assessments to properly align servers to follow security compliances.
