Have successfully implemented numerous projects through Business Process Re-engineering activities and Process Automation via Upgrade to see actual info, C#.NET, VBA, SQL, Python, JSON, and RPA / RDA, using different project management methodologies and frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Lean, Agile Scrum and Kanban.
