-Handling all sales and listing transactions from contract through closing-Coordinating all closing activities-Ensuring all documents are in compliance with the state-Maintaining files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction-Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released-Performing administrative and clerical duties including setting home and inspection appointments
-Residential real estate experience -Exceptional customer service and communication skills-Attention to detail and deadlines-Ability to multi-task and problem solve-Solid clerical or administrative background with above-average computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
