Profile Description

First and foremost, I am an expert in receiving Inbound calls and doing Outbound calls as well. I've worked in a Telco company for 6 years and 1year in a Healthcare account as a medical records retrieval specialist for several Healthcare companies like Aetna, Optum, BCBS, etc. I was also able to work in a mail order pharmacy in the US which is Optum Rx. Furthermore, I have excellent English communication skills, which I see as one of my strongest asset as a job seeker. I had the opportunity to deal with  diverse cultures all over the US ranging from the teen-aged, middle-aged and the elderly population. Furthermore, I can proofread a variety of articles, essays, and other literary works, and I have a variety of communication abilities that might be useful in terms of serving different types of customers. I am also knowledgeable in terms of doing cold calls, email correspondence, and research all at the same time. Lastly, I believe that my 7 years of BPO experience gives me an edge over other applicants.
