Escrow assistant - almost 7 years working in a title insurance company. I am knowledgeable in requesting & tracking loan payoff statements (lenders/banks), lien & judgment payoff statements (IRS, different cities & counties, utility companies, attorneys & other entities), HOA statement & docs (management company), NHD report (CA only), utility statements (CA, NV, MO & WA), municipal lien certificate (MA), wire verification & check preparation.

Appointment Setter (NY) - (Nov 2021 to May 2023) I worked as an appointment setter in the NYC rental market, scheduling possible tenant's appointments and gathering their apartment criteria and qualifications & assist them with securing a rental.

Transaction Coordinator (CA) - (May 2023 to June 2024) I worked as a TC in a real estate company based in CA. Some of my major tasks was to facilitate the transaction from opening to closing of escrow, acts as liaison officer to all parties involved, and making sure that all the necessary documents were gathered. Other tasks include prepping a property for listing - scheduling cleaning, photo shoot and inspections, MLS preparation and other admin tasks.

These experiences provide a good example on how I can be an asset to a real estate company with the knowledge & communication skills I currently have.
