My name is

which we are migrating their PST data’s to their office365 using the Avapoint
Fly tool. I am also involved with printer setup, training, and ticket
troubleshooting for our clients who use Xerox Printers.
In my current freelance work, I got promoted as IT Team
Leader and handled 3 projects managing 5 to 11 people per
projects, we work for a client who needs assistance with their MSI support for the
helpdesk and working with the following tools and technologies as Office 365
services, O365 Exchange
such as Medbridge and Raintree, handling phishing tool using KnowBe4, Using the
following ticketing system like Vorex and AutoTask, handle remote monitoring
and management tool like Kaseya VSA and Datto RMM, and handle network and
printer issues for our clients.
I am confident with my Office 365 and service desk support
skills and eager to explore more with these software changes to expand my
knowledge and skills.
