Before I started working for a call center I have held several different management positions which allowed me to gain valuable experience in operations, marketing, purchasing, accounting and even safety and security. I am well versed in office applications such as Word and Excel and highly experienced in writing reports. I consider myself an analytical person, able to understand what the numbers are telling me. I have also excelled in problem solving, finding out of the box solutions to challenges that arise in the course of day to day operations. I am highly adaptable, a jack of all trades, I have the ability to learn new skills and fields within a short period of time. My experience in the call center industry had further enhanced my customer service skills as well. My 30 odd years of working in different postions has given me a treasure trove of experiences which I feel puts me at a distinct advantage above younget applicants.
