My name is Wendy and I am looking forward to work with you.I have worked in the Sales account for both inbound and outbound sales. My first job experience includes customer service and upselling products for home appliances and home improvement, a US account for 7 years. For more than 2 years, I was a licensed financial advisor and assistant unit manager of one of the best insurance companies originally in the UK but physically located here in the Philippines.I also have experience in collections, both US and Australian accounts so whatever time zone it is, I can always be efficient with what I do. I was with an Australian account for the longest for about 6 years.Having that said, I have experience with skip tracing, with the help of several tools we are searching for leads to help us get customer back on the phone and even 3rd parties.Working in different accounts in the BPO industry for more than a decade would surely help me contribute growth to your growing business.
