Profile Description
• Responsible in outsourcing plant wide indirect materials for production related processes.
• Responsible in creating comparison sheets based on vendor quotations to evaluate products offered at different prices, dellvery lead time, and quality which alkews us to make fair purchasing decision.
• Reviews approved purchase requisition from Divisions such as Production engineering, Tool and die, IT, Parts engineering, and other related depactuenots, to support projects, tooling, and other production related processes Converts approved Purchase Requisition to Purchase Orders.
Responsible in managing delivery monitoring to ensure timely arrival of items.
• Communicates with End users to monitor th e inventory and status of consumables and other production related materials, and to notify them about delivery status and purchasing related matters.
• Communicates with vendors to negotlate pricing, on time delivery, stocks situation, purchase order status and order cancellations.
• Coordinates with related departments and suppliers tor quality issues, and involce concerns for proper action.
• Coordinates with related departments for future procurement needs to speed up the process during launching phase of new products.
• Negotiating blanket purchase agreement to supplier for faster processing of orders.
