BSBA - Marketing Management Graduate

During my 4 years in Marketing Management at the University of San Carlos, I have developed a comprehensive skill set including market research and analysis, strategic planning, digital marketing, consumer behavior, data analysis, project management, and customer relationship management. These skills have been honed through coursework, hands-on projects, internships, and team experiences, preparing me to excel in various marketing roles and contribute effectively to any organization.

During my four years at the University of San Carlos as a marketing management undergraduate, I created engaging content for various platforms, including social media, event promotions, and marketing campaigns. I developed compelling copy and collaborated with peers on multimedia projects, honing my creativity and ability to effectively engage audiences.

As an intern at Toyota Mandaue North Cebu in the TSURE (pre-owned car department), I interacted with customers, assisted in the sales process, ensured vehicles were well-presented, supported marketing efforts, and handled administrative tasks. This experience provided me with practical insights into sales strategies, customer service, and dealership operations.

When I had my opportunity as a Robot Delivery Pilot at Tiny Mile, I honed my communication skills through daily interactions with the dispatching team. Effectively relaying delivery instructions and updates to customers ensured seamless transactions and enhanced their overall experience. Furthermore, my ability to provide detailed feedback to the technical team facilitated continuous improvements in operational efficiency and service quality. Clear and concise communication played a pivotal role in maintaining positive customer relationships and optimizing delivery processes.

During my four years at the University of San Carlos as a marketing management undergraduate, I honed my market research skills. Through coursework and projects, I learned to analyze data, understand consumer behavior, and identify trends. During my time as a Quality Assurance staff at ExDigita, I focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products. Through thorough testing and analysis, I identified and resolved issues, collaborating with teams to optimize user experience and project delivery.
