Profile Description

I am a Management Accounting graduate with (12+) years of actual experience in the field of Warehouse and Inventory Management/Supply and Demand and Data Analyst. Experiences like creating processes to improve warehouse and inventory activities and put internal control, leadership, handling people, transport, supply and demand analysis.

Latest Work Responsibilities and Achievements :

- Maintain the correct master data, compute and know important details such as EOQ, MOQ, Safety Stocks, Replenishment Lead Time, critical level and other required data for both imported and local materials.
- Check and update the correct Bill of Material if there will be changes in the materials and qty of materials needed.
- Maintains the inventory day's supply for each material per location that will support the production plans.
- Check all items materials if there will be a need for replenishment.
- Review material status reports, pending orders, and validates with procurement and import on the timing of arrivals at the local port.
- Sending inventory report (with correct qty, expiration date of bulk, raw materials and finished goods.)
- Always on the lookout for a possible process improvement in Inventory Management.
- Creation of file on each item to know real time what is the qty and their sales share or how many stocks it still have.
- Coordination and collaboration with Sales and Marketing, Production on S&OP Meeting of the Sales Forecast and the possible demand.
- Always checking the current available inventory on hand and coordination with Production the customer orders needed to produce.

2. Made an Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Physical Inventory Count, from Manual to Automated (using scanners and barcodes). Created excel template for the count and result of the count. See the link below from Upwork platform.

3. Made an Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Barcoding, all IN and OUT within warehouse will need to be scanned to assure correctness of the items. Also created the excel template for this. See the link below from Upwork platform.
