I have over 3 years of experience as a customer service representative in financial and retail accounts. I was a Real Estate Cold Caller for 4 months and was an Inside Sales Agent in Real Estate, as a Data entry and Appointment setter. I have more than a year managing a spa business from making sure that the calendar is well organized, handling clients' concerns, helping them book an appointment for a massage, purchasing gift certificates, and ensuring everything a spa needs is in stock, and communicating with a therapist for their needs and schedule.
