Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, organize, implement and evaluate departmental data to produce an effective Marketing Plan. Spearheading planning and provision of Marketing Calendar.Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs, including email, social media, and website managementPerform Social Media Management such as posting, content generation, and community management. Conceptualize, develop, and write content on social media platforms and other advertising Upgrade to see actual infosign and develop content and assets for the website.Collaborate with other teams, including, Sales, Client Success, and Talent Acquisition, to develop brand material and documentation to ensure brand consistencyAssist in designing assets for landing page, automation and SEODevelop and manage social/paid media campaignsUpdate marketing documentation, spreadsheets, reports, and databases.Grew client’s Social Media Accounts on different platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and growing to the current following from when I left.Collateral development – flyers, calling cards, banners, ad materials etc. (using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)Engage with Facebook groups through posting content within the group.Upload YouTube videosWrite newsletters like market updates, client testimonials, new property Upgrade to see actual infot appointments for leads from referrals (email intro) or websiteManage Client’s CalendarCreate systems and process
