I've been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years now. And part of my 6 years of experience was being a Data Analyst, Customer Service, Technical Support representative, and Remote Helpdesk Specialist. I can do data entry with the use of Google docs and spreadsheets, Manage your Google Drive and Google Calendar, Handle your Emails, set appointments with your internal/external clients through Emails. I also do good at internet research, generating and organizing leads, expertise in background removal, and have excellent English language comprehension.
