1. I have worked for 2 Travel companies, these are Hotwire and TripAdvisor Vacation Rental.
* For Hotwire,I've worked for 2 years as Sales and Customer Service Representative. My major tasks were:
- Offer bookings for Hotel, Car Rental and Flights with 32% as Passing Sales Percentage.
- Process payments for all successful bookings.
- Customer Support which includes inquiry with regard to Hotwire Website and complaints to their bookings.
- Make sure that customers are well informed and more than satisfied with their bookings.
* For TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals, I've worked for 11 months as Customer Support. My major tasks were:
- Handles email and inbound calls
- Answer all inquiries of property owners regarding their listing in TripAdvisor website
- Answer all inquiries of the travellers who booked with TripAdvisor website
- Assist the owner for all the damages that was caused by their guest
- Assist the traveller for the inconvenience that was caused by the property owner
- Fraud investigation both property owner and traveller.

3. I also worked for Amazon as Seller Support.
- Almost a year of working as Amazon Seller Support. I was one from the elite team who was trained to do chat, email and calls.

- I handled benefits and claims.
- When I transferred to Optum, I switched to processing of application for United Healthcare Chronic Condition Plan (Medicare) and updating the provider's information in the database (credentialing).
