Virtual Assistant I Customer Support I Research

*I worked for a well-known and respected company here in the Philippines which is Bounty Farms Inc. I worked there as an Egg-Processing Plant Supervisor. My responsibilities are to make sure that our products are well-handled, quality-assured, and in the best condition before dispatching them to our customers. I also manage the scheduling and assignment of our workforce to ensure efficient production and avoid any delays on our end. *Currently working in a private company handling Quality Control and Quality Assurance Team. My role in this job is to ensure that the produced products meet and pass on the set standards of the company concerning quality. The majority of the products are consumed by the owners of the company which is why maintaining the quality is a must. I am also involved in the formulation of the ingredients used in the making and processing of the products. I have experience in dealing with customers, consultants, and executives for the improvement and development of products.

*As part of my job as the lead of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Team, I have involvement in company-customer relations as I am the one answering inquiries regarding product availability, product development, product recall, and product concerns.

*For me to be an effective lead of the QC & QA Team, we have a consultant with whom I work hand in hand in formulating and implementing the formulation for certain product development trials. *I worked as a personal assistant to this consultant and provided him with all the documents and information needed for him to work easily on different projects.

*Part of my job as an In-House Nutritionist is facilitating product development trials. One of my tools for data entry gathered during trials is Microsoft Excel. It is user and beginner-friendly.

*In my current job we are not required to speak fluently in English but I mostly use my communication skills in writing and grammar. I can still practice my English speaking skills in writing and sending professional emails, making reports, and communicating with our clients and customers.

*I have first-hand experience with Facebook Marketing as I have tried selling products using the online platform Facebook during the pandemic. *I have courses attended in Social Media Management and learned the tools and techniques on how to effectively promote and sell products and services using Facebook.
