I have been working in the call center industry a little over 10 years, most of my tenure in this industry has been focused on assisting customers with their Banking.
I have worked both in Credit Cards and Retail Banking.
Within my 2 years of stay with JPMC, I have received two big awards because of the excellent work that I have put in as a representative.
not only that, I am also the go to person when it comes to updates or process related
concerns since I always keep track of updates or changes of policies and procedure within the firm.
Prior working with JPMC, I had worked with convergys close to 5 years
2 years of my stay I worked as a representative and
3 years( estimate )
I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert or a Team Leader assist, In this role, I assisted agents especially new hires, I also conducted trainings for new or tenure agents when it comes to changes in the Firm's policy , Another role
was to send real time
out for the day.
I am very diligent worker, I am able to work in an environment with less supervision.
I am new to freelancing and I am willing to work in different fields and not just focus on customer service.
I am very much willing to learn.
I know basic photo editing and organizing photos in social media
