Expert Training Support:
- Lead Training Needs Analysis [TNA] to determine fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Lead and/or direct any scope of work that requires expertise in the field of Training.
- Manage Training work stream for Migrations and BAU training projects.
- Plan and execute refresher and remedial training sessions as needed.
- Track and report on all learning activities.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing for learning solution deployment and support, both internal and external.
- Drive acquisition of consultant resources as needed to meet demand.
Training Design & Development
- Partner with business leaders to align learning solutions with strategic imperatives.
- Create high level Training Timeline & Knowledge Transfer Plan.
- Develop and maintain training materials specific to each process.
- Prepare training materials in support of continuous quality and process improvement initiatives as and when required.
- Take accountability for designing and building all instructor-led, blended learning, eLearning and video learning solutions.
Training Delivery
- Conduct and or facilitate all process and non-process training.
- Facilitate all training logistic needs.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching support to trainees.
- Drive training readiness discussions with operations partners.
- Provide operational Launch support.
- Upskill operation’s SMEs to enable their support of training execution and delivery.
