I have been a Customer Service representative, a Telemarketer, Appointment Setter and Personal Assistant responsible for handling irate customers, resolving customer's concern, making the customer well-satisfy, set appointments to prospects and making a sales call using dialers like Prospect Boss, Xencall, Mojo, Ring Central, etc. Furthermore, I am very familiar with using all Microsoft offices, Google products and Dialers, which I know is an advantage in this line of job. I am also a person who is very open to learning and to being trained should it be needed for the tasks I will handle. I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put my mind to a success. I work quickly and confidently because I love what I do, I'm extremely motivated and a great manager of time, I learn quickly and I have a strong analytical skills. My organizational skills are essential for making deadlines and delegating responsibilities while fostering an environment of teamwork.
