My past experiences have given me a great deal of exposure to the importance of customer
service. Working as a Virtual Assistant for Alibaba store owners, I am responsible for handling customer inquiries via live chat and email, and keeping track of all correspondence. I was also responsible for drafting emails, making quotations and refunding payments. Experience also includes creating orders for sellers and drafting invoices through email and online chat. My outgoing personality makes me comfortable talking with different people from different cultures to solve problems and resolve issues. I also did lead generation for my client before. I did some research and prospecting for potential customers. I have knowledge in using Canva, Copy.ai, Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel, GoogleDocs/Microsoft Word, Creator Studio, and Capcut.I also did some social media posting,some basic editing of videos for my client's YouTube and Tiktok accounts. I did some graphics and copywriting for my client's social media posts.and lastly, scheduling of content for their social media accounts.
