I previously worked as a Technical Support Representative with a US & UK based client in a work-from-home set-up since the pandemic and wants to continue my career in a freelancing industry. I have worked with different companies based in the US and UK to assist customers via phone, and email which developed my proficiency with various CRM and customer service tools (e.g. Salesforce, OMS, Help Lightning, RIO, BIBA, etc.) and performing different tasks that greatly improved my communication, writing, technical, and problem-solving skills.
