Profile Description

My strengths include e-commerce and client service.

In 2011, I began working in BPO. I worked for several BPO firms as a CSR, TSR, and sales agent, both voice and non-voice. The majority of the accounts I worked on were for telecom companies, and I had a few years of outbound sales expertise.

I also worked as a VA Team Lead for an e-commerce company. I began working on various jobs such as order fulfillment, email-chat-call customer support, responding to social media comments and messages, creating Facebook and Instagram ads, and conducting product research and listing. I was promoted to team leader, in charge of overseeing the entire operation of three e-commerce websites.

I am currently a multi-accounts team lead in a BPO firm, where I manage a team of CSRs, TSRs, and VAs.
