Profile Description

I worked in an IT company for 3 years as a Project Control Service in which I handle all the of our Solution Architects' reports that I automate using MS Excel, I am also the one who's writing the minutes of the meeting, and when a client visits our site I am the one who handles the room reservation, food ordering and the time management of our Solution Architects and Managers. I also managed the Abacus in which we will input the skills and information of all the Engineers assigned to a project that our SA's approved. 
I was also a dispatcher where we have inbound and outbound calls as I track the shipment of goods from one state to another in the USA and I am also the one looking for the goods that will be shipped out using our truck. 
I was also an Officer in Charge for a BPO company where I handle the billing department, where we receive the concerns of our customers via call, chat, and email. 
I am also an online business owner where we order from another country to be shipped to the Philippines and when the goods reach the PH we will then ship it out to our customer, with this I have experience in managing a social media account as that is the main platform we use in connecting with our potential client.
