With 17 years of experience in the BPO Voice/Non-Voice customer service industry, both local and international (U.S.) accounts, in which 13 years were spent with Quality Assurance. I have a lot of time right now as I already left the industry in January this year (2021). I left as a Senior Manager for Quality Assurance.
I am still expanding my horizon in the online job world and have worked in company offering services to people doing podcasts. I have QA'd their videos, gave recommendations, and have worked closely with Operations in delivering quality outputs on time.
I am now working in a digital marketing company based in the U.S. I led the PH Quality team and has transitioned to applying my QA expertise in content creation - timestamping videos and transcription accuracy.
I am still open in accepting other jobs, willing to help Employers like you save time and focus more on your business while I accomplish some important tasks for you. I'll be committed to meeting or exceeding your expectations.
