As your bookkeeper, these are the areas that I will take
care of the following:
Set up and manage QuickBooks using a personalized Chart of Accounts.
Import past transactions from bank records.
Provide support for bank feeds and integration with
external tools.
As for the daily tasks:
Record Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Bank Reconciliation: Automatically importing bank and credit card transactions and reconciling them with the records in the software to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable: Managing and tracking outstanding bills and payments to suppliers and vendors.
Accounts Receivable: Creating and tracking customer invoices and monitoring incoming payments.
Monthly Financial Statement Generation: Automatically generating financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
By using bookkeeping software like QuickBooks Online, businesses can save time, reduce errors, and have a more accurate and up-to-date financial overview of their operations.
