- Investigate and log cases with Amazon Support to fix issues related, but not limited, to listings/catalog and brand health
7.) Account Health Monitoring
- Monitor various areas of account health, including but not limited to Performance Notifications, Shipping Performance, and Voice of the Customer
- Investigate and provide resolutions to appeal for restricted listings that impact the overall account status
8.) Inventory Management
- Ensure that inventory issues such as Stranded Inventory and Suppressed Listings, are fixed immediately in order to ensure offer is active on the marketplace.
- Inventory Performance Index (IPI) monitoring.
9.) Launch PPC
- Familiar with advertising console dashboard and reports
- Able to launch Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display if specific campaign details are provided (e.g. budget, keyword targets, bid strategy)
10.) Processing reimbursements
- Monitor FBA shipments and process reconciliation
- Periodically confirm accuracy of FBA fees
- Periodically monitor if there are warehouse-damaged items
11.) Order Management
- Monitor FBM orders and coordinate with warehouse fulfillment team to make sure those that need to be shipped in less than 48 hours will not be delayed
12.) Run Promotions
- Recommend items for promotion
- Submit various promotion types such as Coupons and Lightning Deals
13.) Customer Service
- Ensure that buyer messages will be responded within 24 hours
- Request removal of negative feedback if applicable
- Monitor reviews and contact customer if needed
