Profile Description

I am a Trained Real Estate Virtual Assistant with experience working with Licensed Realtors/Investor based in Philadelphia, Missouri, Las Vegas, Nevada (Buying Properties) and Licensed Broker and Realtors in a real estate brokerage serving Berks and Schuylkill Counties (Listing and Selling Properties). With my experience working with realtors based in Philadelphia, Missouri, Las Vegas, Nevada. I work as a Data Analyst/SMS Associate VA/Skip Tracer. I generated leads and managed lead flow via SMS Campaigns via Smarter Contact.  My other Tasks also included analyzing data, skip tracing, list building, searching properties via Propstream, Bright MLS and other real estate sites for skip tracing and list building as well as running comparable for properties and checking property conditions. Also searching/checking property taxes, obituaries, etc.

With my experience working with a real estate broker based in Berks and Schuylkill Counties I work directly with a broker who owns a real estate brokerage company as an Inside Sales Virtual Assistant using the BoomTown system I send and respond to inquiries from the leads through text messages (SMS) and emails, updating the leads profiles, Follow-ups, Daily Monitoring and screening/pre-qualifying/nurturing the leads before transferring them to the agents. I also manage accounts using BoomTown and update the system daily to properly handle and serve the needs of the leads. I also perform Administrative, Data Entry and other tasks needed to support the company.

I also have experience searching/skip tracing auction properties especially those who are deeds and redeemable deeds.
 
I have experience using different Sites such as Zillow, Truepeoplesearch, Fastpeoplesearch, Realeflow,  MapRight, Tax Sale Resources, Redfin, Trulia, Upgrade to see actual info, FEMAS, GeoMap, Lands of America, Different sites for checking property tax delinquents and obituaries in different counties, etc. Given my Work Experience and skills in the Real Estate Industry, I believe I'm a strong fit for the role. Real Estate Virtual Assistant Skills and Experience include:
