Worker’s Compensation Claims - Care Coordinator Intake Coordinator - Handled phone orders received from discharge planners, case managers, adjusters, and the injured party. Staffing Coordinator - Collaborated with the claims team in sourcing home health staff, including Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Nursing Aides based on the specific directives provided by the doctor. Acting Subject Matter Expert / Assistant Team Leader - Coordinates with our onshore team to ensure that the offshore team's processes are up to date. Handles mentoring and listening sessions with agents. Additionally, assists with other offline deliverables.
