• Trained to handle FBA shipments issues, manage FBA orders, FBA Fees Calculation and FBA Inventory
• Assists sellers on issues related to refunds, reimbursement, and payments
• Familiar with all types of FBA Reports and any FBA related concerns
• Assist sellers in issues related to listings, buy box, detail page information, and troubleshooting
• Well trained with uploading bulk listings and fixing errors
• Familiar with managing inventory and handle concerns about listing creation, errors, and optimization
• Trained to handle issues about creating and managing promotions, campaign ads, and Amazon Brand Registry
• Assist sellers in handling Seller Performance issues.
