Profile Description

3+ years of experience as QA tester and pod lead for an e-commerce client.

Leads test planning, scripting, and execution for end-to-end System Integration Testing involving web applications, CRMs (Engage, SAP) and ERP (SAP S/4HANA) systems in an Agile environment, integrating cross-browser and device compatibility testing in addition to UI, accessibility, and analytics testing. Possesses working knowledge in SAP Material Management (PO, GI, GR/IR), returns testing, as well as minor experience in API testing through Postman.

•Assists in defect triage and management through Jira.
•Supports client business teams through demonstrations and creating technical documentations.
