Profile Description

Been in the BPO industry since 2009 which gave me a lot of exposure and opportunities in terms of Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales for Phone, Chat, and Email Support. 

As a Team Leader and Supervisor, this exposed me to People Management which mainly involves Coaching on behaviors and Mentoring in terms of skills. I also had the opportunity to train and upskill teammates and co-leaders.

Business-wise, this also allowed me to learn how the BPO industry works along with planning, recruitment, process implementation, process improvement plan, Quality assurance, data analyzation, and utilization.

I was also able to get myself engaged with the clients I work with and provide my own insights to help with improvements in terms of process, policies, and performance.

As a Virtual Assistant, I was able to put my experience into good use especially in terms of learning new applications, systems, and being assigned to different roles in a company.
