Supporting 2nd to 3rd Level Support

• Setting up new servers, optimizing existing servers, and monitoring and maintenance.
• Provide technical information and development of support infrastructure
• Gathering of periodical maintenance services and service quality information to assist application development with design configuration, implementation, and problem resolution. Serve as member of a project team or as an individual contributor as needed.
• Manage the regular upgrading of software and application of patches to ensure systems remain current.
• Manage workflow and service requests through Client’s call ticketing system
• Server hardware and software upgrades.
• General Server Support/ Project Coordination/ Move activities
• Support and assist colleagues; commit to and be accountable for overall group success.
• Work with other support groups and vendors to provide seamless support to customers.
• Monitor, analyze, and address reliability and performance issues.
• Assess and address compliance with applicable policies, standards, and technical controls.
• Continuously keep abreast of and understand ITIL processes, standards, technical controls, and compliance processes.
• Document-supported system and application procedures and processes.
• Participate in the Change Management process (scheduled outages).
• Participate in project work as assigned.
