We always acknowledge the concern first before going on to the next steps. •We try to replicate a case on our own desktop or mobile phone to thoroughly understand on our end what they are encountering so that we can assist them properly. •We clarify or probe more when a concern is confusing or unclear. •We do not tolerate verbally abusive users who do not have any nice things to say, we politely reprimend and remind them of our rules and regulations. •We promptly respond to each case and provide direct links on the social media platforms help center for articles that can provide more information, insructions and guide to resolve specific concerns. •We accept feedback and criticism as we welcome innovative ways to improve and grow.
