• Manage large amounts of inbound calls and live chat within established periods
• Engaging in active listening to identify customers' needs, confirming or clarifying information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Responding efficiently and accurately, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
• Modifying customers' orders such as canceling and updating details(address, billing, and shipping speed)
• Processing an order replacement, refund, and return requests.
• Profound product knowledge on Amazon's digital contents, devices, memberships & subscriptions
• Providing customers with basic troubleshooting on their Amazon devices and apps.
• Proper documentation of customer interactions and transactions in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
